At Campus Connection, we strive to make the process of finding the perfect Eugene rental home an easy one. Not only do we list all of our Eugene campus rental properties and our rental homes off campus (throughout Eugene, Springfield, Junction City and Creswell) online, but we also include 3D tours so you can view the property from anywhere in the world.
We make the application process easy.
Unlike other companies, we only review ONE application at a time. At Campus Connection you never have to wonder if you will be treated fairly or if your application will be selected from a pool of other applicants. Additionally, we don’t keep your application fee unless we’ve actually spent the time and money to screen you! We keep things simple: If your application is first and you are approved, the home is yours! *Keep in mind that we process applications in the order in which they are COMPLETED, so be sure to get your application finished quickly so we can process it before someone else completes theirs for the same property.
Applications should be completed online - simply review our available rental properties and click the "Apply Now" button on the property of your choice.
Documents and Guidelines
We make it easy by allowing all applications and leasing documents to be handled online. That said, there is always information that you might want to know before applying or signing a lease.
